Candidates should hold a Texas Real Estate Agent or Broker License and preferably have had restaurant experience in management, ownership, sales or consulting. In lieu of restaurant experience, strong commercial real estate or business brokerage experience is strongly valued. Candidates should have reliable, late model transportation and have the technology skills to operate on Microsoft and Google applications, once trained, with limited support.
Restaurant Brokers should expect a strong six-figure income after a 6-12 month buildup of their deal pipeline and should have 9-12 months of living expenses saved before applying.
