Facilities
The restaurant operates in a high-visibility end cap within a small shopping center located right on Main Street. If you are driving down Main St., it's hard to miss as it extends towards the street. In early 2018, just a few months ago, the entire space was finished out from a shell and the entire space remains in excellent/new condition. The restaurant has a large, covered patio and the shopping center has easy ingress and egress with plenty of parking. The space also provides excellent signage opportunities and there are many activity generators in downtown Boerne.
The interior is very open and can be easily converted to many other types of concepts. The interior space measures 2,116 SF and is currently configured with a dining room, order counter, restrooms and kitchen. The dining area provides seating for approximately 64 guests.
The 600 sf patio is highly visible to oncoming traffic and is completely covered, fenced in and well lit. As configured, the patio offers additional dining for approximately 30 guests.
